Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for software development projects. The Business Analyst will also work with the development team to ensure software solutions meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather requirements
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements for software development projects
  • Work with the development team to ensure software solutions meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with the project manager to plan and prioritize software development projects
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to software development projects
  • Participate in software testing and quality assurance activities
  • Monitor software solutions to ensure they meet business needs
  • Provide end-user support and training as needed
  • Continuously improve processes and tools used for business analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a business analyst, with a focus on software development projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including end-users and technical team members
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Experience with requirements management tools
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
