Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to lead a software development team in building a web application based on Angular, .NET Core, and SQL Server. The successful candidate will work closely with the development team to plan and execute software development projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. The project manager will also work with other departments to ensure the web application meets business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a software development team in building a web application using Angular, .NET Core, and SQL Server
  • Plan and manage software development projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure project goals and milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Work with other departments to ensure the web application meets business needs
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
  • Continuously improve the software development process through process refinement and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile methodologies
  • Experience leading a software development team and managing developers
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Understanding of software development best practices
  • Ability to effectively manage conflict and build consensus
